By creating an account or using Funnelizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Funnelizer is a performance-tracking platform that helps you connect Meta Ads campaigns to real conversions, track clicks and events across landing pages and video sales letters, and review reporting and analytics for your projects.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Platform Connections

Funnelizer integrates with Meta's advertising platform through the Meta Marketing API. By connecting a Meta account, you authorize Funnelizer to access the ad account data covered by the permissions you grant. Your use of Meta's platform remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, projects, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without authorization.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

Funnelizer and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using Funnelizer and request account deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Funnelizer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Funnelizer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
