User Data Deletion

1. Overview

You can request the deletion of your Funnelizer account and any data associated with it, including data obtained through a connected Meta (Facebook) account, at any time.

2. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• The email address used to sign in to Funnelizer.
• Confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted.

3. What Gets Deleted

Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• Any Meta Ads data retrieved on your behalf through the Meta Marketing API (ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, and ads).
• Tracking, click, and conversion data tied to your projects.

4. Processing Time

We process data deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
