This Privacy Policy explains how Funnelizer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users and visitors of our performance-tracking platform for Meta Ads affiliates and media buyers, and clarifies the choices you have regarding your data.

This document has been prepared in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet, Law No. 12,965/2014), and, where applicable, other data protection regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We may update this document from time to time, so we encourage you to review this section periodically.

2. About the Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

We collect personal data directly from you when you register for an account (name, email address, and password, stored encrypted), when you contact our support team, or when you configure your projects, products, and integrations inside the platform.

2.2 Data We Collect Automatically

Through your use of the platform, we automatically collect:

• Meta Ads data: when you connect a Meta (Facebook) account, we access ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad information through the Meta Marketing API, limited to the permissions you explicitly grant during the connection flow.
• Tracking data: click and event data generated by visitors interacting with your tracked links, landing pages, and video sales letters (VSLs), including IP address and approximate location, browser and device information, and cookies.
• Usage data: log and device information collected automatically to keep the platform secure and reliable.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Funnelizer platform for you.
• Display your own campaign, ad set, and ad performance inside Funnelizer.
• Match tracked conversions back to the correct campaign, ad set, and ad.
• Generate reporting and analytics for your own connected ad accounts and projects.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important account or service updates.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Improve and develop new features for the platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share Meta Platform Data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only ever shown to the account that owns it, and to team members you explicitly invite to your project.

In some cases, we may also process personal data to comply with a legal obligation, or based on our legitimate interest, always within the limits of your reasonable expectations and never to the detriment of your fundamental rights and freedoms.

4. Who We Share Data With

We may share personal data with:

• Meta: when you connect a Meta account or configure a Meta Pixel, relevant data is sent to Meta through the Marketing API and Conversions API (CAPI) to enable ad reporting and conversion matching.
• Infrastructure and service providers: including our hosting, database, video streaming/CDN (BunnyCDN), and email providers, strictly to operate the platform on our behalf.
• Judicial, administrative, or governmental authorities: whenever required by law, court order, or legal request.
• Successors: automatically, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or other corporate transaction involving Funnelizer.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and tracking data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Meta Platform Data is refreshed periodically and retained only as needed to provide reporting. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page for instructions.

6. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Passwords are hashed with argon2id, sessions are authenticated with short-lived JWTs, and access tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted. We restrict internal access to personal data to what is strictly necessary to operate the service.

We are not responsible for damages resulting exclusively from the actions of third parties, such as hacking attacks, or from actions taken by the user, such as sharing their own credentials with third parties. We will notify affected users in the event of a security breach involving their personal data.

7. Cookies and Browsing Data

Cookies are text files sent by our platform to your browser and stored on your device, containing information related to your navigation. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. Tracked links and landing pages may set cookies on your visitors' devices — for example, the click attribution cookie, which persists for 30 days — to attribute conversions to the correct ad.

Persistent cookies remain on your device after the browser is closed and are used on subsequent visits; session cookies are temporary and are deleted once the browser is closed. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the platform may not work correctly as a result.

8. Consent

By using our services and providing your personal data, you consent to this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below, without prejudice to processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

9. Children's Privacy

Funnelizer is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication, and we encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, we will notify registered users directly. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from it will be submitted to the competent courts of Funnelizer's registered jurisdiction in Brazil.
